It has become a tradition to purchase and donate chicken to help fill the freezers at FamilyTime's shelter for battered women and families, The Door. We ask them what type of meat they need, and then we start shopping to get the best deal. HEB always come through by giving us a great price so we can stretch our dollars to provide as much meat as possible...and they did it again . We met the FamilyTime van and picked to two orders totaling 1,300 pounds of chicken and we thank Justin and his HEB team for working with us and helping load the van with the boxes of chicken.
